We focus on conducting cutting-edge research and development in the area of Computer Graphics, Computer Vision, Augmented Reality and Deep Learning, and continuously transfer innovative technologies to various ByteDance products. We are looking for talents at all levels to join us on this exciting journey!
• Provide technical leadership, drive projects and define long term technical roadmap for the team, including apply automated machine learning algorithms to improve existing machine models in different systems including but not limited to computer vision tasks on mobile phones and GPU servers.
• Transfer advanced technologies to ByteDance products.
Qualifications
• Master or PhD in computer science, electrical engineering with 8 years of related working experience.
• Experience in managing or tech-leading a team in a dynamic environment with record of shipping technologies to products.
• Advanced research and development experience on deep learning training systems, neural networks architecture design, neural architecture search, hyperparameter tuning, model compressions, model quantization, or reinforcement learning (preferring candidates with publications in top-tier venues such as CVPR, ICCV, ECCV, ICML, NeurIPS, ICLR, etc).
• Solid knowledge and experience with major deep learning frameworks.
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in multi-functional teams.
